Ironman Kona training with Antony Costes

This post is from the archive and was originally posted in October 2018.

Only a couple of weeks remain before the triathlon event of the season: Ironman World Championships Kona.  One man will be utterly focused on this mission – elite triathlete Antony Costes, nicknamed Le Tigre. Having participated in his first triathlon at the age of 9, Costes has since established himself as a force to be reckoned with on the world circuit and will definitely be a name to watch. In the final months before Kona, a crucial high-altitude training camp in the Alps will push his performance – see how the man himself trains, eats and relaxes with race day fast approaching.
